STANDARD SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is $8.95-$21.50 USPS Priority Mail.  Delivery is guaranteed within 3-5 business days beginning the first business day after your order is placed. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed.

* Please note that orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii require an additional 7 business days to arrive.

2 DAY SHIPPING:

2 Day Shipping is $27.50 The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the 2 Day Shipping option is selected. 

Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and will arrive by Thursday. In some cases, delivery cannot be guaranteed, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

2 Day Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes.

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING:

We do not offer next day shipping at this time.

 

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY:

In the event your tracking shows that your package has been received but you cannot locate it, please contact our Customer Service team at CrimsonGypsyClothing.com so we may investigate this for you. All lost order claims must be filed within 3-business days of the shipping delivery date. Any claims filed after the 3-business day window may not quality for a replacement or refund. 

Please note: Crimson Gypsy Clothing is not liable for the replacement or refunding of any orders where the packages are stolen by any party, the shipping address was incorrectly entered at the time of the purchase. Please make sure to verify all shipping information before you submit your order.  

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

• We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery.
  
• We do not offer Next day delivery
• Crimson Gypsy Clothing does not require a signature upon delivery. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified.
• The shipper reserves the right to require a signature for a package delivery.

HOLIDAYS:

Crimson Gypsy's Offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Please add one business day to ALL shipping for orders placed during this time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: 

Currently Crimson Gypsy Clothing does not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.
